ROASTED SALMON RECIPE
An easy weeknight dinner meal.
You will be happy to make it in 20 minutes.
A pretty low carb dish (3.8g) per serving, that you can take even in a keto diet and for the low carb recipe lovers.
You can add more veggies here if you want.
A healthy low carb salmon recipe with veggies.
- Heat a large skillet and add 1 tbsp of oil.
Season Salmon with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper and cook until it’s golden brown and opaque.
It will take some 5 minutes on each side.
Keep it aside.
- Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil.
Toss garlic, beans, chopped carrot, tomatoes, and olives with salt and pepper and roast it for 10-12 minutes or until the vegetables are soft and ready to turn brownish.
- Serve it with salmon and finely chopped pineapple as a topping.
- Can add yogurt too for a tangy taste.
