EGG SALAD RECIPE
When it comes to office lunches we are always perplexed as to what to carry.
Here is a simple egg salad recipe which tastes good even cold.
It will only take you 10 mins to chop and mix the ingredients except for boiling the eggs hard which you can do before night.
You can also make a proper sandwich with it.
Simply spread the salad in between bread slices and put in sandwich maker.
A more than delicious sandwich will get prepared in 2 minutes.
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 small boiled potato
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup minced celery stick
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
- Boil the eggs and a small potato for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- Chop the eggs in square shapes.
- Smash the boiled potato after peeling and mix with the rest of the ingredients except the celery.
- Mix the chopped eggs and chopped celery to the mixture in a way that does not break the chopped eggs.
